Is this wierd to post on facebook?
Adults and doctors always say "eating healthy and exercising makes you healthy, not whether you are thin or not". But for us teenagers growing up in a world surrounded by models and celebrities that are size zero how are we supposed to believe that? When our role models are photo shopped models in magazines, and people are always talking about needing to get "bikini ready" how are we supposed to feel good about ourselves and believe we are beautiful when were not size zero and we don't have perfect skin and hair?
