It is a scam and your computer is probably infected with malware.

Facecrooks has all the information about securing your Facebook account and all the scam using Facebook.

Next you need to do scans of your computer with your Antivirus and Antispyware programs. You can do this in the Normal Mode and they may find something. Be aware that some malware can remain dormant for some time before becoming active. Be sure you antivirus and antispyware does daily 'Quick Scan' and do a 'Full Scan' with each at least once a week.
