Hey,
You can get more likes by having more engagement on your fan page. The more you share and interact the more other people see your post and in turn see your fan page. You can also promote your post so that they are seen by your friends and your friends friends. This is a way to get more exposure to your page. I saw this Facebook training a while ago and it cover how to get more likes.
