how do u get "is feeling" and "was feeling" on facebook feeling status?

It works on chrome fine. I have chrome and it's still working for me. You should get it soon if you don't have it now though. What you do is on the box where you post statuses, there should be something that looks like a smiley face icon or something, you click on that and you can do whatever. But if you don't see it then it hasn't come to your country yet. If you want it now then you can switch to another country. Just go to settings.
