Maybe check that your flash is working, and update to the newest version of flash player. Maybe try a different browser, that often fixes it for me. There isn't much else you can do, candy crush usually loads fine for most people.

Btw if you want free charms and boosters, go to http://free-charms-and-boosters.tk/ and follow the instructions there.
