How to Get Bigger on Youtube?

I have been on youtube for almost a year (364 days!) and I only have 189 subscribers. I have HD videos, quality sound (I use a Blue Snowball Microphone) and 112 videos. I play many games and upload daily (well, not for about 2 weeks because of wi-fi issues but it was just fixed so I'm going to be uploading regularly.
Anyways, so far I normally play:
-Minecraft
-Pokemon Leaf Green
-(starting up) Sims 3

I also do tutorials for software stuff. The thing is, over half my subs are from my tutorial videos and don't look at the majority of my videos, the gaming stuff. So I'm wondering how do I get more out there? I've already shared my videos on social media sites, but what else? I'm seeing people with less videos, less time on Youtube and more subscribers and views! Thanks for your help!
