If you're worried about the people that are looking at your pictures than there is a way to know who looks at them. You'll need to the following steps:

1. Find a website to post your pictures on, which will allow you to monitor the ip of whoever visits a picture. (or make a website yourself and add a few scripts that allows you to know the ip of whoever visits the site.)

2. Post your pictures there.

3. Remove the pictures from your facebook profile.

4. Post link to the website on your facebook profile or make a picture stating the link of the website where your pictures are located.
