Photos: No it won't be if you posted the picture. If a friend posted the picture and you're tagged in it, then they also cannot see it. If you're NOT tagged and a friend posts a picture with you in it, then they can see it. Because then FB won't know it has you in the photo. I suggest you make sure to tag yourself in as much photos so your blocked person can't track you.
