not really. if i want to make friends, i'll go meet someone in real life

online, nothing really lasts unless you meet physically. even your best of friends, your friendship will slowly die out if you don't see each other.

i don't suggest having 500 'friends' on facebook, because that doesn't mean you have a lot of friends. 98% of those people don't know you and probably can't even remember your name, and I doubt you know all of their first names either.

you say you want to make foreign friends, but you don't state what country you are in..

truthfully, this site is not a good place to just go and add random people. i don't see why any strangers want to add you, and i suggest you should meet with people in real life instead if you want friends. but eh, your choice..
