I don't mean to be harsh but clearly she is not interested. So you should leave her alone and let her speak to you if she is interested.
Second it is super silly for you to ask your mum. Are you sure your 19 because honestly a 19 year old bloke wouldn't really bother. Finally you should stop trying to contact her before she complains of harassment.
