Well there is an good software named LogMeIn which is used by many corporate offices and is very good.

LogMeIn helps you manage multiple computers and it is better than TeamViewer (TeamViewer limits the time of connection and needs to be installed at both PCs, not accessible through browser) LogMeIn doesn't limit you and it is very good, Visit http://www.logmein.com they offer free & paid service as your need, I prefer to use the free one as starter or maybe continue for free if you don't need anything extra.

You just need to setup one time on the other PC and you can access anywhere in the world without any softwares and directly via your browser. Happy Remoting
