It Would Help If We Would Know the Specific Error

There are a Few Reasons Why you Would Not Be Able to Add Somebody

you Have too Many Friends 5,000
The Person your Trying to Add Has Marked Down that They Dont Know you So you Cant Add Them
Facebook Blocked you From Adding Friends
