You can't really find out that information.
Maybe if they "like" your statuses/pics a lot that may be a sign that they're interested in your page.
But other than that you can't normally tell.
That's the joy of facebook; you get to secretly stalk someone without them knowing.
Should be called stalkerbook, ha.
