Facebook question please?

Hey guys, whenever I try to login to my facebook account I get this
Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

and when I tried to search my fb account using mom's account I found it but when I tried to open the profile I got a blank page!!! what could that mean please? yesterday at night was the last time I actually logged in without troubles. HELP PLEASE
