1. reboot your iphone/ipad/android device.
If that doesn't work go to 2.
2. Download it via browser instead of the appstore directly
if that doesn't work
3. download the apk. file through your computer and transfer it to your device.
if that doesn't work go to the last resort
4. back-up your files and reformat/reset to factory settings. Big Grin
