Does anyone know the answer to this facebook timeline question? Please help!! 10 points best answer!!?

So there is a friend of mine (lets call her Maggie) that got tagged in a photo. A friend of Maggie's (we'll call her tracy) had tagged her in it. I noticed this picture in Tracy's photo album. However, when I went onto Maggie's home page, I saw no trace of this picture from Tracy's photo album on Maggie's timeline. Isn't it true that if someone is tagged in a photo, that photo automatically is posted onto their timeline? If that is the case, then why hadn't I seen that photo on Maggie's timeline? If anyone can answer this question I would very much appreciate it and will give you full credit for your answer and in addition I shall answer any questions you may have as well to the best of my ability!
