Sit her down, explain to her that you understand her concerns, but you feel like it would be invasive to your privacy to let her have your password, and that you hope she can trust your judgment enough to allow you this freedom of expression without parental guidance.

If that doesn't work, make a new facebook account with a SLIGHTLY different name, and give her THAT password.
