sometimes when you request a confirmation code, it could take a really long time while getting delivered to your cell phone. but as your saying that you didn't even request any, that solely means one bnd one thing alone. it means that someone else tried opening your account from a web browser which is not remembered by facebook for your account. hope this helps.
