Okay, I'll assume you are a Manager Admin. Go to the actual page. On the Admin Panel, click on "Edit Page". There will be a drop-down list, click on "Manage Admin Roles". Here you will see all the admins and their admin roles. Beside your name, there will be an "X" icon. Click on that, then click on "Save".
