First, I wouldn't start with a quote. That should go a couple of sentences in.

Secondly, there is no set number of sentences to a paragraph. That said, I suggest at least 5 sentences per paragraph. Topic sentence, three supporting facts, and a concluding sentence.

In regards to the order of the information... In your introduction, the information needs to be written in the order in which you will be discussing it in your paper. The first thing you mention will be discussed in your first body paragraph. The second thing you mention will be discussed in your second body paragraph, etc. I suggest you come up with THREE main points to discuss. This will give you a 5-paragraph essay.

As for the style of writing... I would keep it light, but definitely don't use humor in excess. This is not a super serious topic, so a formal essay would be awkward.
