your question is clear but the answer is not one you will like

first, you have to own your own paid website to host the tabbed pages on

then you will need to create a facebook app that connects the pages you host on your own paid site with the page on facebook

you will also be required to pay for an SSL certificate on your hosting website

this is not a simple process and will require that you are good with webpage development
