Did anyone read where more than ever, people are applying for Social Security these days?

Sounds likely to me. Another thing I'm hearing around here is people that normally would have waited to get on Social Security are taking it as soon as they can fearing a means test. If they do have a means test and take the Social Security away from lots of seniors, you will see every casino and restaurant close. People have already quit funding their 401K's afraid it will be just held against them when it comes time to collect social security.
