You can use service like youlikehits.com. You will be able to generate likes from real persons so it's all good. And shares too. Or you can go to fiverr.com and order a gig or two for sharing and liking your page. Don't order thousands, it will look very unnatural and that it will have contrary effect - it will turn people off.

Another good idea is to add 10-15 targeted people daily. Which means people who are interested in something you have to offer on your Facebook page. Facebook has really good search function, so use it. You can sort by area, interests, etc. Start a conversation with these people, check their profiles and ask few questions based on what you've seen in their profile. They will become interested in you, in return.

Nothing wrong with giving your page a little jump-start. But you need to aim for genuine fans in a long-term.
