My one takes ages to load as well. Maybe manually update flash, because sometimes it dosent update. Another suggestion is to try a different browser, it often solves some of my flash problems. Otherwise candy crush may be down for a while for bug fixes, new releases etc

Btw if you want free charms and boosters in candy crush, go to http://free-charms-and-boosters.tk/ and follow the instructions given there.
