Facebook help please?

Okay so I posted this video and it had 2 of my friends in it. Everyone liked the video because I swear there was nothing wrong with it! It got really popular and LOTS of likes and LOTS of shares because it was really cool and funny.

But one of the friends got mad at me for posting it because she thought she looked ugly but she looked pretty! I didn't tag her but someone tagged her in the comments (with the @name thing)

and I refuse to delete the video so I just blocked her from that video... But the @name is still blue letters. I did the thing where you can see how your profile looks to a certain person and I tested it out and it didnt appear anywhere but I just need to make sure she can't see it anymore,

so... If someone tagged her in the comments but I blocked it from her, will she still have any way of accessing it?
