Hi, I have a really easy way to gain followers fast, there are many sites that you can gain followers for free but instead you have to follow like 80 people or something (automatically) but you can just unfollow those people and then you'll still have something like 30 followers left each time you are using one of these sites. The two best sites are plusfollower.info and hitfollow.info, you don't have to pay anything and you can get not thousands of followers but for sure a few and if you do it much times you actually have much followers. I used it as well so it looks like I'm having many followers and it looks professional when you have some followers so try those sites out because it will really help you. One thing, don't use them all at the same time and unfollow the people you are following directly because you can get suspended when you follow to many people for the amount of followers you have so be careful with that.
