how can i share a photo?

Wherever you put the photo on the internet, it will be possible to find on google. That's just how it works. Google is just a search engeneering to search for whatever you want. To keep it simple; It means that google is just searching on the whole internet if you type in the information you want to look up. You could upload photos on photobucket.com for example. It will then appear in google.
