Next time you're prompted to change your password, change it to something that is complicated, and at least 12 characters long, containing a mix of lowercase, upper case, and numbers. Make sure you write it down someplace safe.

If after this change, you see this message again, it's likely that you have a keylogger installed on your computer. Spybot Search & Destroy is a good way to get rid of keyloggers. So is SUPERAntispyware, and both have free versions.
