How to make a facebook picture come up in news feed?

I've seen that people post their facebook pictures and they come out in your facebook home page then later they come out again in your home page as if they just posted it but its the same picture and everything, how do they do this? thank you!
if i share it, it says 'jack shared a picture from his album" and i dont want it to say that, I just want it to seem as if i just uploaded it again.
