I have to say that I hate all the cutesy bullsh*t when it comes to usernames such as "kyliexoxo" or something along those lines. My name's not common and nor is it terribly uncommon so I'm able to use half of my first name and my whole last name as a username. Don't put your birthdate in your username because that's rather tacky and having everyone know your age isn't a good thing (and not really a horrible thing either but to each his own).

Snapchat allows you to user underscores and full stops (periods if you're american) so you can work with those. Pick your favourite numbers to add to the end. Alternatively, I have some friends that like to repeat letters so in your case it would be "kylieee". If you like, you could use the number three instead of the "e". I don't think you can change your username so choose wisely.
