What is the difference between "on mobile" and "active 5 minuites ago".?

I use m.facebook.com on my laptop too because it's made for slow network!

"on mobile" means he/she is offline
"active 5 minutes ago" means he/she was online just 5 min. ago but now is offline!
"active now" means currently online!
