Why does it appear in "People you may know" prostitues, etc. as Facebook suggestions?

Those suggestions are either because the girls have mutual friends or a friend with you or because they have something in common with you , like the same home town or a college you might have went to ( which doesn't mean they have told the truth in their info) nothing to do with any sites you go on
