on Facebook i think you need to buy this service and its not offered by Facebook, its a third party app

but there is a new site called apnaband for bands and singers, to upload free online streaming music, they have a Facebook connection were you can refer you're fans straight from you're Facebook page to you're music albums
they have allot more options for musicians and bands you might find useful
