thats not the bug or problem. its a web application lets user comment/registration with ur fb profile.you (if you are the web developer and have site) have to make a web application with facebook graph api for availing this feature on your website. thats the headache of the the web developers, not the users.

So if a website allow you to comment via your fb profile, then you have to logged in in your fb account. But after that if u can't comment, thats the problem of the web application, not yours. :-)
