Would flickr be considered a "social media sight " ?
I want to enter a pet photography contest and it the rules said this

"Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry from any source. No Entry shall contain any content that has been previously published in any medium (excluding any social media site) or submitted in any other competition."

Does that mean I can't enter any photo's that I have put up on flickr ?
