I uploaded a video to facebook and my cousin shared it but if I delete the video will the one she shared go to?

Yes. If your cousin has shared your video, then even if you delete it from your FB page, it will still remain on hers.

You could ask her to delete if from her page, but if any of her friends has shared it from her page, then it could still be out there....
