if you don't have the will to do it you can't do it.

put away your laptop/pc/ipod and anything you can access internet from, if you want to use a mobile to talk to friends just buy a cheap one that doesn't have internet (i still use one of those ultra old nokia phones black/white screen, more likely it's green not white tho ).
don't just put the laptop/pc/ipod in your room, keep them in your parents room and tell them not to let you use them, you can use them once/twice a week, find something to do that's not related to internet ex: sports.
