Could she be checking out my fb page regularly?

Background -

This girl has been in my friend list since last 2 months (I added her) and when I sent the frnd request, I had sent her a message (saying hey I just found ur profile, so added), which probably went to her "other" folder of message section. It seems she did not view it yet.

I have stalked her fb profile a lot. Nowadays don't do much, I have downloaded her pics lol.

Anyway, I recently liked on profile pic of her and after that when we met, she gave an intentional smile (it felt like she had decided to smile at me while we crossed each other. She was looking when I looked at her and I too responded with a smile).

We have never exchanged messages thereafter (after the initial message I sent her). I wonder how she always appears in the Friend section of my timeline (which shows a selected list of 9 friends). In the sequence, her profile drops to 2nd/3rd and then comes back to 1st..

So, if it is the list of friends with which I interact most, then how come she appears there? Is it because she visits my profile? Brings butterflies in my stomach
