You'll need to get in contact with Facebook staff to sort it, or Google whatever message was returned to you. Something similar happened to my friends, with a 100% original video I helped make.

What we all do now is upload our stuff on YouTube and just post the links. YouTube also have something like this, but it's a far lesser risk, and YouTube have ways to revert the infringements if there was a mistake, Facebook usually don't.
