How to get more Twitter followers?

1. Get a specific topic to work on. Some topic attracts more followers than others.

For example some peole tweet about sports, they only attract sports fan. Some tweet about fashion, this appeal to a wider audience, but someone who tweets about humanity and activism would attract more followers than both tweeps I mentioned before.

2. Tweet regularly.
I notice that all the accounts that have +1000 followers that I follow tweets a lot. People want to be read your tweets at least daily, else they will lose interest and unfollow.

3. Follow and make a network with all the people that tweets similarly to you. If you can be friends with them, the better.

3. Be yourself, don't steal other people's tweets (RT is fine), sometimes you gain followers, sometimes you lose them, don't hold a grudge, keep it fun, and enjoy it
