You Cant Remove The Confirmation Are you Trying to Change your Name ? If So Go to Account Settings Hit Change Where it Says Name and Put in your New Name

It May not Show up Right Away it May Take 24 hours For the Changes to Apply

Make Sure you Use your Real Name

you Also Have a Limit Of 3 Times
