why does yahoo not care about (specifically) it's users?
Yahoo would not exist without it's users. Although it is a legacy provider; I've been using it's services for getting on for 14 years (so I'm a legacy user! *smile*), so why does it seem to not care at all what it's users want?
(for example, my mail/inbox facility worked fine right up until I was 'forced' [force was used] to swap to the 'new' yahoo they had been pushing for ages, and now I can't navigate my inbox properly and instead of having troubles with the search engine, I now just rx a standard 'We're sorry but we cannot... blah blah blah... the mail you searched for'. Why have something that worked, that people were happy to use, and replace it with something that does not, that many people have and I imagine, are complaining about. Certainly be silent, ignore us, that is definitely good business practice). As I said, I'm just curious. Ads |
