I don't think you can get arrested for making a fake account on facebook... That's just ridiculous...

If you did something bad such as sending her bad links or accusing her or bullying her then you could go to jail.. If you just pretended to be a celebrity and commented on her stuff so she would feel privileged then there's nothing you should worry about Smile

You could be charged with identity theft but I find that very unlikely, people do that all the time on twitter and facebook (pretending to be a celebrity)

so yeah, don't worry!
