i want facebook icon onmy desktop?

Right click on desktop and select "New" -> "Shortcut".
In the location field, type "http://www.facebook.com".
In the name field, call it Facebook.
OK to close.
If you want to customise the link by attributing it the Facebook icon, google search a facebook .ico file and download it.
Then right click the Facebook link on your desktop & select "Properties"
Click the "Change icon" button and direct it to where you saved the .ico file.
Job done..
