Just open a FB account, click the following
https://www.facebook.com
Is that what you're asking?
Remember if you fill in the Security Question (this is important to gain control to your account if something happened to your account; but you can fill it later), be careful, answer it with an answer that nobody suspect (not you pet name, your mother's name etc) and take note of it, as it cannot be changed!
