If we abolish all social assistance programs, would libertarians then be in favor of open borders?

Our country would never do purely open borders anyway, there would always be some registration process. The government likes to keep track of statistics.

It's anti-free market if you prioritize citizens of this country before the market. Free market means no restrictions, no arbitrary prioritization.
