is it illegal to create a site similar to facebook and linkedin?
I mean are there any patents issued for sites like these? If so, then how did facebook enter into the market when orkut had become popular?
And also is it legal to develop another site like amazon. which is an e commerce based site and provide services like online buy and sell?
