Why do people make status' about having 'no friends' yet they have over 100 friends on Facebook?

I think they just mean they don't have any genuine real life friends not talking about their facebook online friends. Sometimes it's attention seeking sometimes it's just the person venting - also the likes could just be distance online friends doesn't mean they actually have friends! Haha Smile
