ANYONE ELSE TIRED OF OTHERS TELLING THEM WHAT TO EAT? FACEBOOK STALKER?!?

So there's this woman I know, and I also have her on Facebook.
She sells Isagenix and has tried numerous times to get me to sell it, or buy it from her to use myself. (I have a good job, I don't want or need to do that.)
She is constantly being pushy about it. And it irritates me so bad. Down to the point it's like she hounds my facebook page and points out everything she doesn't agree with and makes a smart remark about it. My husband and I have 2 kids together. We are an active family and don't have any health issues or a history of health issues within our extended family. We are healthy. We go on family outings, hikes, bike rides, etc. Children are 3 and 5 yrs old.
I posted on facebook "If anyone has any home remedies for dry cracking hands please let me know, I wash my hands often and so the backs of them dry out really bad." I didnt feel like getting out in the cold to run to the store at 9pm. My friend who is a SKIN ALLERGY doctor that I've known since I was a child recommended I put Vaseline on them with a pair of non-latex gloves for an hour. Well this Isagenix woman said "Dont use that because it can affect your liver and....."
I get sooo irritated by her telling me and my husband how to live our lives (told us not to get our children immunized, don't toss them in the air even if they ask for it-it could cause seizures) and what to eat (she swears by organic everything, have you read the back of an isagenix wrapper? NOT organic). Am I overreacting? Are you tired of people telling you how to live and what to eat? If you ask me, the Isagenix company is more like a cult, that's the way it seems coming from her. Please help?! I have been trying to be nice about it but I just cant stand it much longer. I could delete her off of facebook, but that wouldn't delete her completely out of my life, we volunteer together at a shelter.
