Unfortunately people can get obsessed with these pyramid marketing schemes like this and they can't not talk about their stuff. They are indoctrinated to sell sell sell.

Ignore her comments or dump her or hope she gets another job and calms down a bit. You could tell her to lay off with her comments, but that probably won't be appreciated, some people just like to be right.
